What you pay

  • Website, build it yourself: $99/mo, or $990/yr. No setup fee.
  • Website + IDX, build it yourself: $99/mo + $99/mo (or $990/yr + $990/yr), plus $99 IDX setup once.
  • Done-for-you first version: add $150 once to either.
  • Extra AI credits any time: 30 for $10, 100 for $25, 220 for $50, 475 for $100.
  • 30 days' notice to cancel. Setup fees and the first billing period are non-refundable.
  • Already a customer? You keep your current plan.

Every signup is a short agreement you review and sign online, then pay by card.

How much does Savvy Studio cost?

The Website plan is $99/mo or $990/yr (two months free). It includes the hosted site, the AI and manual editors, the MCP connector, 100 AI credits every month, and email and text support. Live MLS listings are the IDX add-on: $99/mo (or $990/yr) plus a one-time $99 setup. Building it yourself has no setup fee; we build the first version for $150.

Is there a free trial?

No. Try the self-guided demo instead: make real edits to a sample site, try editing by hand, and see how connecting your own AI works, with no signup. When you are ready, pick a plan, sign a one-page agreement and pay by card.

What do 100 AI credits cover?

A typical AI edit costs 3 credits, so 100 credits is about 30 AI edits a month. Questions, the manual editor and edits your own AI writes through the connector cost no credits.

Is the MCP connector included?

Yes, on every paid plan. It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0 and other tools that support custom MCP servers.
