For brokerages

The office site, and the agents under it.

What you get

Built for the way you work.

Compliance kept in place

More than one MLS

Additional MLS feeds are available for offices that work across markets. Ask us about yours.

Your own AI, safely

Staff can connect Claude or ChatGPT to build pages; listing data never passes through the AI.

Describe it

"Make the buttons match my brokerage orange." "Add a Barton Hills page with homes under $1M." Type the change and see it in your draft. A typical AI edit is 3 credits.

Questions people in your seat ask

What should a brokerage look for in a website platform?

A brokerage should look for a website platform that keeps MLS and IDX rules in place, shows agent profiles that stay current, routes leads into the CRM your agents use, runs on your own domain, and lets staff edit safely with drafts and undo. It should also ship clean, fast pages with structured data so Google and AI search can read them.

Can one real estate website show listings from more than one MLS?

Often, yes. If you are a member of more than one MLS, one website can usually show listings from each, as long as every listing keeps the credit, disclaimers and display rules of the MLS it came from. On Savvy Studio, additional MLS feeds are available with the IDX add-on. Ask us about your specific MLSs before you sign, because rules and data access vary.

Should an agent have their own website or use the brokerage site?

Most agents do best with both. Keep your profile on the brokerage site, since it adds credibility and is often required. Also run your own website on your own domain, because it builds your name, holds your neighborhood and answer pages, and stays with you if you change brokerages. Your own site still has to follow your brokerage's advertising rules.

How do I keep my real estate website MLS and IDX compliant?

Keep your site IDX compliant by showing listings only through a licensed IDX display, keeping the MLS attribution and disclaimers your MLS requires, never copying listing data into your own pages, and following your MLS's display rules. On Savvy Studio, listings reach visitors only through RealSavvy widgets, and the editor keeps required attribution and disclaimers in place. Your MLS and broker set the final rules.
