The short answer

Can Claude write and publish blog posts on my real estate website?
Yes, on a Savvy Studio site. With the RealSavvy connector, Claude writes the post itself and saves it with studio_write_blog_post, which costs no Studio credits. It can also publish answer pages and Knowledge Center articles. Everything lands in the draft, Claude can check each page for what search and AI engines see, and publishing asks for your OK first.
A blog post suits news, market updates and stories. An answer page takes one question, answers it first, then gives detail and an FAQ that publishes FAQPage schema. Claude can make either: studio_write_blog_post or studio_publish_answer_page. For a batch, try "Write 10 answer pages for questions Austin buyers ask, then check each one."
Ask Claude to use real local facts and to leave out stats, awards or reviews it cannot back up. Never paste listing addresses, prices or photos into a post. To show homes, ask for a neighborhood or listing grid widget instead. Fair housing applies to what you write; check with your broker if unsure.
