Why can't an AI website builder copy MLS listings into your site? MLS rules require a licensed display with attribution, and copied data goes stale.
The short answer

Why can't my AI website builder just copy MLS listings into my site?
Because MLS listings are licensed data. MLS rules require listings to show through an approved IDX display with the listing brokerage credit and disclaimers. An AI that pastes addresses, prices or photos into your code skips that license and attribution, and the data goes stale the moment a home goes pending. Show listings through a licensed widget instead, which stays live and carries the required credit.
AI builders are trained to be helpful. Ask for "a page with homes for sale in Hyde Park" and one may find listings on the web and write them into the page, or invent plausible ones. It does not know your MLS rules. That is why you need to tell it how listings should reach your site.
The RealSavvy MCP connector is built so the AI never receives listing data. No tool returns listing rows. The AI places widgets, and listings reach visitors only through those widgets, which carry the MLS credit and disclaimers. Rules vary by MLS, so check with your broker or MLS if you are unsure.

Your own listings can show through a RealSavvy widget for your listings, which keeps them live. Check with your broker and MLS before posting listing details any other way.
Sold data has its own MLS rules. Widgets show sold homes only where the MLS allows. Do not copy sold data into your site.
Remove them from the code and content, then replace them with a RealSavvy listing widget. Run check_install on the live page afterward to confirm.
