How do I add MLS listings to a v0 or Next.js real estate site?
In a v0 or Next.js site, load the RealSavvy script once in your root layout, then place a slot div for each widget in the page where it belongs: search, neighborhood grids, listing sliders or the contact form. The widgets show live MLS listings with the required MLS credit. get_embed_code returns notes for Next.js and for v0, or connect v0 to the MCP connector and let it place them.
The loader script belongs in one place, the root layout (app/layout.tsx in the App Router), so it loads once per page. Each widget's slot div goes in the page or component where you want it to appear. Because the slot is a plain element, it works in a server component; the script fills it in the browser. Follow the Next.js notes from get_embed_code for the exact script setup.
v0 is one of the tools that can connect to the RealSavvy MCP connector, which comes with the website plan. Add the private key URL from portal.agnt.pro as an MCP server, then ask v0 to add search or a neighborhood grid. It calls get_site, find_neighborhoods, save_widget and get_embed_code. No tool returns listing rows.

Do not copy listing data into your build. Listings must show through a licensed display with attribution. On Savvy Studio, the IDX add-on includes indexable listing pages on your own domain.
Yes. Put the script in the shared document or app wrapper so it loads once, and place slots as usual.
Run preview_widget to see how many homes it should show, and check_install on the live page to catch setup issues like a missing script or a duplicate load.
