How does the Savvy Studio IDX add-on work?

The Savvy Studio IDX add-on puts live MLS listings on your site: native search with a map, listing detail pages on your own domain, neighborhood and listing grids, and saved searches. Should I build my site myself or have it built for me?

Build it yourself if you have a few hours and like making the choices. Savvy Studio's DIY setup has no setup fee, and you go straight into your new site after paying. Choose done-for-you if you would rather hand it off: for $150 one time, our team builds the first version of your site, then you edit it any way you like.

What are Savvy Studio AI credits and what do 100 a month cover?

AI credits pay for changes Savvy Studio's own AI makes to your site. The website plan includes 100 credits every month. A typical AI edit costs 3 credits, so 100 credits cover about 30 AI edits a month. Asking questions and using the manual editor cost nothing. If you need more, you can buy extra credit packs at any time.

Can I edit my Savvy Studio site by hand instead of with AI?

Yes. Every Savvy Studio page is made of blocks, and you can open any block and change its fields directly. You can reorder, add or remove blocks with no code. Manual edits cost no AI credits. You can switch between the manual editor and the AI editor any time, and every change lands in a draft you preview before publishing.

How do I keep my real estate website MLS and IDX compliant?

Keep your site IDX compliant by showing listings only through a licensed IDX display, keeping the MLS attribution and disclaimers your MLS requires, never copying listing data into your own pages, and following your MLS's display rules. On Savvy Studio, listings reach visitors only through RealSavvy widgets, and the editor keeps required attribution and disclaimers in place. Your MLS and broker set the final rules.

How do I add live MLS search to the website I already have?

Add RealSavvy widgets. One script tag plus a slot div for each widget adds live MLS search with a map, neighborhood grids, listing grids, sliders, your own listings and a Follow Up Boss compliant contact form to a site built almost anywhere, including Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, React, Next.js, WordPress, Webflow and Squarespace. If you use an AI builder, the MCP connector can set the widgets up for you.

What is the difference between native IDX search and an IDX iframe?

Native IDX search is built into your own site's pages, so search results and listing detail pages live on your domain and can be read by search engines. An IDX iframe is a window showing a page hosted somewhere else, so those pages usually do not count as your content. Savvy Studio uses native search with a map where the MLS feed supports it.

Why does page speed matter for a real estate website?

Page speed matters because visitors leave slow pages, especially on phones, and a fast site is easier for search engines and AI crawlers to read. For a real estate site, that affects whether a buyer stays to search homes or a seller fills out a form. Keep images sized, avoid heavy add-ons, and use a platform that serves pages ready to read.

How do I make a real estate website accessible?

Make a real estate website accessible by giving images useful alt text, keeping text readable with strong contrast, using clear headings in order, labeling every form field, making everything work with a keyboard, and adding captions to videos. Many sites follow the WCAG guidelines as a target. This is general information, not legal advice; ask your broker or an attorney about your obligations.

What privacy and TCPA language does a real estate website need?

A real estate website generally needs a privacy policy that says what you collect and how you use it, and clear consent language on lead forms before you text or call anyone, as TCPA and A2P texting rules expect. Record when and how each person opted in. This is general information, not legal advice; check with your broker or an attorney for the exact wording.
