The short answer

How does the Savvy Studio IDX add-on work?
The Savvy Studio IDX add-on puts live MLS listings on your site: native search with a map, listing detail pages on your own domain, neighborhood and listing grids, and saved searches. It costs $99 a month or $990 a year, plus a one-time $99 IDX setup fee, on top of the website plan. Listings sync automatically, and required MLS attribution and disclaimers stay in place.
Listings reach visitors only through RealSavvy widgets, which carry the MLS credit and disclaimers. IDX display rules, required disclaimers, fair-housing and TCPA opt-in are enforced in the editor. If an edit would remove something the MLS requires, the editor keeps it and tells you why. The AI never receives listing data, so no AI tool copies listings into your pages.
Once IDX is on, you can put a grid of homes on a neighborhood page with the AI editor or the manual block editor. Through the MCP connector you can ask Claude or ChatGPT something like: put a grid of homes for sale in Bouldin Creek on my neighborhood page. Every change goes to a draft for you to preview and publish.
