Lovable, Bolt and v0 with IDX
Yes, you can add IDX search to a real estate site built on Replit with RealSavvy widgets, or let Replit Agent place them through the MCP connector.

Can I add IDX search to a real estate site built on Replit?
Yes. A site built on Replit can show live MLS search with RealSavvy widgets: the loader script once per page and an idx-search slot div where you want search. It works whatever framework your Replit project uses. Replit Agent can also connect to the RealSavvy MCP connector and place widgets for you. If you would rather not maintain the app, you can move it to hosted Savvy Studio.
Replit can run plain HTML, React, Next.js, Vue, Python web apps and more. The widget install is the same idea in all of them, but where the script goes differs. Ask Replit Agent which framework the site uses, then request the matching notes from get_embed_code. They cover HTML, React, Next.js, Vue, Webflow and WordPress.
If you prefer, call get_embed_code yourself, paste the script tag into the shared page template or root layout once, and drop the idx-search slot div into your search page. Keep search on a wide page so the map has room. Add a contact form slot on the same page so buyers can reach you.
The MCP key is a private URL. Treat it like a password: do not commit it to a public Repl, paste it into page code or share it in a screenshot. The widget embed code is safe to publish; the key is not. If it leaks, use New key in the portal to replace it, or Turn off to disable it.

No. The AI never receives listing data, and no tool returns listing rows. Listings reach visitors only through the widgets.
