How much should a real estate website cost?
A real estate website's cost comes from four parts: the monthly plan, IDX listings, setup and any usage like AI edits. On Savvy Studio, the website plan is $99 a month or $990 a year, IDX is a $99 a month add-on with a $99 one-time setup fee, DIY setup is free and done-for-you is $150 one-time. Compare any option on all four parts, not just the headline price.
The website plan, $99 a month or $990 a year (two months free), covers the hosted site on your own domain, the AI editor and manual block editor, the MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable and other AI tools, 100 AI credits every month, AEO built in, lead forms into the RealSavvy AI CRM and Follow Up Boss, and email and text support. The IDX add-on is $99 a month or $990 a year plus a $99 setup fee.
Extra AI credit packs are optional: 30 for $10, 100 for $25, 220 for $50 or 475 for $100. Most agents can stay within the 100 included credits by making quick fixes by hand. Additional MLS feeds are available. Cancellation needs 30 days' notice, and setup fees and the first billing period are non-refundable. Existing customers keep their current plan.
