How MCP connects AI to a real estate CRM in general, and what the RealSavvy connector does today: FUB-ready forms on your site and CRM status, nothing more.
The short answer

How does MCP connect AI to a real estate CRM?
MCP connects AI to a CRM only through the tools a CRM's MCP server chooses to offer, such as looking up or updating contacts. The RealSavvy connector is a website connector, not a CRM connector. Today it adds a Follow Up Boss compliant contact form that files leads in the RealSavvy AI CRM and Follow Up Boss, and get_site reports your CRM and Follow Up Boss connection status.
MCP is an open protocol. A server exposes named tools, and an AI tool calls them when you ask. What an AI can do with a CRM depends entirely on which tools that CRM's server offers and what permissions it grants. If a server offers no contact tools, the AI cannot see contacts. Before connecting any CRM to an AI, check what each tool reads and writes.
The connector does not read, edit or message your CRM or Follow Up Boss contacts. It does not change pipelines, tags or action plans, and it does not send texts or emails. That work stays in the RealSavvy AI CRM and Follow Up Boss, which have a two-way integration where leads and activity sync. If you want an AI working inside a CRM, that depends on the CRM vendor offering its own tools.
