Can an AI agent set up IDX widgets through MCP?
Yes. With the RealSavvy connector, an AI agent can set up IDX widgets end to end: look up neighborhoods, save a search, grid or slider widget, preview how many homes it will show, get the embed code, and check the live install. It never handles listing data. Listings render only inside the widgets, which carry the MLS credit and disclaimers and stay synced with the MLS.
set_search_engine switches your search widget to Savvy Studio's native search when a stored MLS feed exists, and it asks first. Native search with a map runs on your own pages instead of an iframe, where the MLS feed supports it. Listings are auto-synced, and listing detail pages are dedicated and indexable on your own domain, which helps search engines find them.
A paid RealSavvy account with IDX. On Savvy Studio that is the IDX add-on at $99/month (or $990/year) plus a one-time $99 IDX setup fee, added to the Website plan. Plan limits apply to how many widgets you can save, and get_site shows your limits. The self-guided demo shows the product before you sign up.
