Will Google and ChatGPT read your Lovable real estate site? Test whether your text is in the HTML, then fix what's missing. Steps for SEO and AI search.
The short answer

Will Google and ChatGPT read my Lovable real estate site?
It depends on what your site sends to crawlers. If your page text is in the HTML, Google and AI tools like ChatGPT can read it. If the page builds itself in the browser with JavaScript, Google may still render it, but many AI crawlers will see little. Check with View Page Source. Then add schema, a sitemap and an llms.txt, or move to Savvy Studio, where pages ship as finished HTML.
Ask Lovable whether the project can prerender or server-render its pages, and what that would change. Make sure each page has its own title and meta description. Keep in mind that every fix is something you maintain. If that feels like too much, moving to hosted Savvy Studio is the simpler route.
Savvy Studio pages render on our servers and ship as clean HTML that Google and AI crawlers can read. Every site ships JSON-LD, a sitemap, an llms.txt, FAQPage schema and answer pages, with nothing for you to patch. A Lovable site can move with move_to_studio. None of this promises rankings or AI citations; it makes your pages readable.
