Savvy Studio Answers
Short answers first, details after.
Add RealSavvy widgets to your Lovable project: one loader script in the page head, plus a slot div wherever you want listings, search or a neighborhood grid. The widgets show live MLS listings with the credit and disclaimers your MLS requires. You can paste the code yourself or connect the MCP connector to Lovable and ask it to set things up with save_widget and get_embed_code. Or move the site to hosted Savvy Studio.
Read the answerYes. A Lovable site can show live MLS home search with a map by placing the RealSavvy idx-search widget: the loader script once in the head and an idx-search slot div on your search page. The widget decides which search your site uses and carries the MLS credit. Add it yourself or let Lovable's AI place it through the MCP connector. Hosted Savvy Studio sites get native search with a map built in.
Read the answerPlace the RealSavvy contact form widget on your Lovable site. It carries consent language for Follow Up Boss and A2P texting, and files each lead in the RealSavvy AI CRM and Follow Up Boss with the opt-in and time recorded. Page views and listing clicks reach the CRM too. Add it with one script tag and a slot div, or ask Lovable's AI to do it through the MCP connector.
Read the answerUse a contact form that shows clear consent language for calls and texts, records the person's opt-in and time, and delivers the lead to a CRM that keeps that record. The RealSavvy contact form widget does this for Follow Up Boss and A2P texting and drops into a Lovable site with one script tag. This is general information, not legal advice. Check your exact wording with your broker or an attorney.
Read the answerBuild on Lovable if you enjoy building, want full control of the code and are happy to maintain it; add RealSavvy widgets for listings and the Follow Up Boss form. Build on Savvy Studio if you want a hosted site where listings, lead forms, AEO and support come with the plan. You do not have to pick forever: a Lovable site can move to Savvy Studio later.
Read the answerAdd RealSavvy widgets to your Bolt.new project: load the RealSavvy script once in the root of the app, then place a slot div for each widget, such as home search, a neighborhood grid or the contact form. Bolt.new can also connect to the RealSavvy MCP connector, so you can ask it to create and place widgets for you. Or move the site to hosted Savvy Studio later.
Read the answerIn a v0 or Next.js site, load the RealSavvy script once in your root layout, then place a slot div for each widget in the page where it belongs: search, neighborhood grids, listing sliders or the contact form. The widgets show live MLS listings with the required MLS credit. get_embed_code returns notes for Next.js and for v0, or connect v0 to the MCP connector and let it place them.
Read the answerYes. A site built on Replit can show live MLS search with RealSavvy widgets: the loader script once per page and an idx-search slot div where you want search. It works whatever framework your Replit project uses. Replit Agent can also connect to the RealSavvy MCP connector and place widgets for you. If you would rather not maintain the app, you can move it to hosted Savvy Studio.
Read the answerIn a React site, load the RealSavvy loader script once, in index.html or your root layout, then render each widget's slot div inside the component where it should appear. The script fills the slots with live MLS search, listing grids, sliders or the contact form, with the MLS credit included. get_embed_code returns React notes that also cover Lovable, Bolt and v0, which are React apps.
Read the answerBecause MLS listings are licensed data. MLS rules require listings to show through an approved IDX display with the listing brokerage credit and disclaimers. An AI that pastes addresses, prices or photos into your code skips that license and attribution, and the data goes stale the moment a home goes pending. Show listings through a licensed widget instead, which stays live and carries the required credit.
Read the answerYes. A site built on Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Replit can move to hosted Savvy Studio later with the move_to_studio tool in the RealSavvy MCP connector. Your widgets and lead form keep working, and the site gains the AI and manual editors, drafts and undo, server-rendered pages and built-in AEO. You can start on Lovable now and move when maintaining code stops being worth your time.
Read the answerIt depends on what your site sends to crawlers. If your page text is in the HTML, Google and AI tools like ChatGPT can read it. If the page builds itself in the browser with JavaScript, Google may still render it, but many AI crawlers will see little. Check with View Page Source. Then add schema, a sitemap and an llms.txt, or move to Savvy Studio, where pages ship as finished HTML.
