Is it safe to connect an AI tool to my MLS listings?
With the RealSavvy connector, your AI tool never receives listing data. No tool returns listing rows, so addresses, prices, photos and MLS numbers never land in a chat or in your site's code. Listings reach visitors only through RealSavvy widgets, which carry the MLS credit and disclaimers. The main thing to protect is your connector URL: treat it like a password.
MLS rules require listings to show through a licensed display with attribution. The connector manages widget settings (which area, which filters, where the slot goes), not listing records. When the AI previews a widget, it gets a home count and a preview link, not the listings. The widgets display the listings themselves, with the required credit and disclaimers.
On a Savvy Studio site, every change lands in a draft. Publishing, deleting a page, discarding the draft and restoring an old version ask for your OK first. History and undo are built in. If an edit would remove something the MLS requires, like attribution or disclaimers, the editor keeps it and says why.
