How many FAQ pages should a real estate website have?
There is no magic number. Most real estate sites do well with a main FAQ page plus an FAQ block on each key page: home, buyers, sellers, each neighborhood and each service. Each question should be one a real client asked, answered in two to four plain sentences. Questions that need a long answer deserve their own answer page.
FAQs answer the small questions that stop people from contacting you, and they give search and AI tools short, direct answers to read. When an FAQ block is marked up with FAQPage schema, the questions and answers are clearly labeled for machines. That helps make your answers readable, though it does not guarantee they will be shown.
Savvy Studio has an FAQ block you can add to any page. It publishes FAQPage schema automatically. Add it with the manual block editor, ask the AI editor to write questions for a page, or have Claude or ChatGPT add them through the MCP connector. Every change lands in a draft first.

It is a start, but FAQs placed on the page where the question comes up are more useful to readers and give each page more relevant content.
Three to eight is common. Pick the questions people really ask about that page's topic, and skip filler questions that only pad the list.
Avoid copying the same questions everywhere. Tailor each block to its page, and link to one main answer when a question applies site-wide.
