Savvy Studio Answers
Short answers first, details after.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol that lets an AI tool like Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor call tools in another system. For a real estate agent, that means you can ask your AI in plain English to work on your website. With the RealSavvy connector, it can add MLS search widgets, set up a Follow Up Boss compliant contact form, and build or edit pages on a Savvy Studio site.
Read the answerGet your connector URL from portal.agnt.pro (Website, Connect to Claude, Get my key), then add it in Claude under Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, with no sign-in. In Claude Code, run one command instead. Once it is on, ask Claude in plain English to add MLS search, a lead form, or new pages. The connector is included with paid RealSavvy and Savvy Studio plans.
Read the answerYes, on the website side. Through the RealSavvy connector, Claude can add a Follow Up Boss compliant contact form to your site and check whether your CRM and Follow Up Boss connection is set up. Leads from that form are filed in the RealSavvy AI CRM and Follow Up Boss. The connector does not read or edit your Follow Up Boss contacts; that work stays in Follow Up Boss.
Read the answerYes. ChatGPT can work on your real estate website once you add the RealSavvy connector as an app in developer mode (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web). It can then add MLS widgets and a lead form, and on a Savvy Studio site it can read and edit pages. Some plans limit developer mode to read-only tools; if saving is blocked, use Codex or Claude.
Read the answerAdd the RealSavvy connector to Codex with one command, then ask Codex to add MLS search to your site. Codex saves a search or grid widget, gets the embed code (one script tag plus a slot div per widget), puts it in your project, and checks the live page. Listings show through the licensed widget, so no listing data lands in your code. You need a RealSavvy account with IDX.
Read the answerYes. Claude Code can build the site and, with the RealSavvy connector, add live MLS listings through licensed widgets: search with a map, neighborhood grids, listing grids and sliders. It starts from get_starter, a working page set in your brand, then adds widgets with one script tag and a slot per widget. Listing data never goes into your code. You need a paid RealSavvy account with IDX.
Read the answerAdd the RealSavvy connector to Cursor in Settings, MCP, or in ~/.cursor/mcp.json, then ask Cursor's agent to add a property search page. It reads your setup with get_site, gets the embed code, places the loader script and an idx-search slot in your project, and checks the live page. Search runs through the licensed widget with a map, so no listing data ends up in your repo.
Read the answerAn MCP server for a real estate website gives your AI tool named actions on your site. The RealSavvy connector lets it add MLS search, neighborhood and listing grids, add a Follow Up Boss compliant contact form, and check a live page. On a Savvy Studio site it can also read and edit pages, write answer pages and blog posts, change the brand and CSS, and publish after you agree.
Read the answerMCP connects AI to a CRM only through the tools a CRM's MCP server chooses to offer, such as looking up or updating contacts. The RealSavvy connector is a website connector, not a CRM connector. Today it adds a Follow Up Boss compliant contact form that files leads in the RealSavvy AI CRM and Follow Up Boss, and get_site reports your CRM and Follow Up Boss connection status.
Read the answerYes. With the RealSavvy connector, an AI agent can set up IDX widgets end to end: look up neighborhoods, save a search, grid or slider widget, preview how many homes it will show, get the embed code, and check the live install. It never handles listing data. Listings render only inside the widgets, which carry the MLS credit and disclaimers and stay synced with the MLS.
Read the answerWith the RealSavvy connector, your AI tool never receives listing data. No tool returns listing rows, so addresses, prices, photos and MLS numbers never land in a chat or in your site's code. Listings reach visitors only through RealSavvy widgets, which carry the MLS credit and disclaimers. The main thing to protect is your connector URL: treat it like a password.
Read the answerYes, on a Savvy Studio site. Through the connector, an AI agent can make changes and publish them, but every change lands in a draft first and studio_publish asks for your OK. Before publishing, the agent should show you studio_draft_changes, because publish puts every draft change live, including earlier ones made by someone else. History and undo are built in.
Read the answerSign in at portal.agnt.pro, open Website, then Connect to Claude, and click Get my key. Copy the connector URL; it is shown once. Add it to your AI tool as a remote MCP server or custom connector named realsavvy, with no authentication. Then ask "What's set up on my RealSavvy account?" The connector is included with paid RealSavvy and Savvy Studio plans.
Read the answerYes. The RealSavvy MCP connector works with Gemini CLI, Grok (grok.com connectors and the xAI API) and Perplexity (Pro, Max and Enterprise, on the web and Mac). Each takes your connector URL as a remote MCP server with no authentication. It also works with Windsurf, VS Code Copilot agent mode, Mistral Le Chat, Zed, Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, Replit Agent and others.
Read the answerYes, on a Savvy Studio site. With the RealSavvy connector, Claude writes the post itself and saves it with studio_write_blog_post, which costs no Studio credits. It can also publish answer pages and Knowledge Center articles. Everything lands in the draft, Claude can check each page for what search and AI engines see, and publishing asks for your OK first.
Read the answerAI can help you spot common gaps, but it is not a legal review. Through the RealSavvy connector, check_design looks at a live page like a buyer and a broker: footer Equal Housing, privacy and Texas TREC links, and claims that need a source. Listings shown in RealSavvy widgets carry the MLS credit and disclaimers. Confirm anything you are unsure about with your broker, MLS or attorney.
