What happens if I cancel Savvy Studio?
To cancel Savvy Studio, give 30 days' notice. Setup fees and the first billing period are non-refundable. These terms are in the short Statement of Work you sign at signup. Contact support at support@realsavvy.com or (737) 378-8983 to give notice, and plan ahead for your domain, your leads and any content you want to keep.
Cancellation takes 30 days' notice. Setup fees, including the done-for-you fee and the IDX setup fee, are non-refundable, and so is the first billing period. On a yearly plan, the first billing period is the year. Every customer signs these terms in the Statement of Work at signup, so review it if you are unsure of your dates.
If you registered your domain yourself, it stays registered to you. When you move, update its DNS settings at your registrar to point to your new site, and leave any email records alone. Ask support if you need help understanding what to change before your service ends, so your visitors are not left with a broken page.
