The short answer

How do I add live MLS search to the website I already have?
Add RealSavvy widgets. One script tag plus a slot div for each widget adds live MLS search with a map, neighborhood grids, listing grids, sliders, your own listings and a Follow Up Boss compliant contact form to a site built almost anywhere, including Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, React, Next.js, WordPress, Webflow and Squarespace. If you use an AI builder, the MCP connector can set the widgets up for you.
If you build with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Claude Code or a similar tool, connect it through the MCP connector. Your AI can find neighborhoods, save a widget, preview how many homes it will show, get the embed code with notes for your framework, and check the install on your live page. The AI never receives listing data; listings show only through the widgets.
Do not copy listing addresses, prices, photos or MLS numbers into your site code. MLS rules require listings to show through a licensed display with attribution, which the widgets carry. Use the RealSavvy contact form rather than a custom form, so consent is recorded and leads reach the RealSavvy AI CRM and Follow Up Boss. A site built elsewhere can move to hosted Savvy Studio later.
